Anyone know if Taipei/Taichung sells cheap cabin size luggage? Lightweight one preferred. Thanks!

XMD a lot but don't know cheap or not
Taichung Fenjia also have at the last row of alley beside the tw school.

dan shuei do sell. not very expensive. quality not so good also perhaps
seen before 28" hard cover 4wheel for about 900+ twd ...
