Is this M.2 SSD better than mSATA ?

mSata uses Sata and m.2 uses PCIe, and should be faster than msata and sata SSDs.

Asus z87 ROG boards and most of the newer Asus z97 boards support M.2.

Thought that for mSata and M.2 SSD should be of lower prices due to only bare PCB with memory chips mounted on it without the metal casing but it is still expensive....any ideas is Win 7 support M.2 SSD ?
