M1 Multi Line/ Multi Service?

I have a bit of an inquiry here.

My household is under M1 Fibre broadband and we have one M1 Mobile line and a mData value plan (w

The three lines was signed when the Multi-Line service was still operating, hence when I check the bill it does indeed show a 25% discount. (3 lines)

I'm going to recontract myself and am thinking of jumping from Singtel to M1 to utilize the discounts.

However since MLS is no longer in service, does it mean I have to port the rest of my lines to MSS (A total of four lines)?

If so, does MSS discount the mData and fibre line as well?

BTW, my landline is currently on Singtel. Would like to make use of the fibre landline phone. How can I go about doing this?

1) You can always port your landline to M1 as Digital Home Line. Even if you stay Singtel, you can convert 1 way from Landline to Digital Line. (Landline is not available on newer BTO w.e.f of TOP in Dec 1, 2013 and so I doubt it make sense to convert from Digital to analog)

2) 3 mobile lines (Or actually, 2 will do) + M1 Fiber can entitle you discount liao. However, only 4 lines then can get 25% discount, which means a free Internet if all 4 lines are $39 basic data plan. Mobile BB seemed like left out of picture and not sure about it.

Hi thanks. Just to ask, is the 250 waiver applicable every year? Meaning to say I can "recontract" every year?

for existing multi line saver,you are still allow to get new lines and add onto it. mss is only for customer that has no
mls as mls is not offer amymore.

Yes applicable. Hence, unless you are getting iPhone ($350 waiver applies in original price), you get to renew every year. iPhone user must pay $100 more.

However, the bundle is way cheaper than Singtel (Only telco that gives $350 waiver) which works out to be "cheaper" if:

• Watches MioTV that Starhub cannot provide
• Uses $39 plan and talk time no more than 151mins 54 seconds average per month as the $100 difference means $8.33 monthly which worked out to be extra 51mins 54 seconds.
• Any higher plan itself is a big loss from Singtel as the talk time is 100 and 200 mins less (Not even to mention of per second billing problem)

So yep, the catch of M1's bundle is that you pay $100 more for renew for iPhone users and no catch if you use other brand.
