Hi,

does anybody encounter this issue? Numbshare issue with ultra 2. I just got the watch and try pairing yesterday and it prompt my post paid m1 is not eligible for activating mobile data on my watch.. called M1 and was told nothing wrong at all for my line and plan. And was told to wait 2-3 days for them to get more information from technical side.

I activated yesterday on my series 10, quit smooth.
M1 FAQ did mention m1 line cannot be Corp company line, and cannot have Multi-SIM service.

Another unforeseen is that your service already been activated on m1 backend. Have you check on your m1+ apps? You might accidentally remove cellular from your watch or it just that you dont see it on your watch.
If you see on your m1+ apps, number sharing service on, dont remove it as it will charge you for $38.15 for another activation. wait for the CSO to come back to you… so that they can wave off the charges.

And since you dont see the cellular sign on your watch, why dont you hard reset it by pressing the 2 button and see if will activate suddenly 😅
