What troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

You may try to boot into safe mode to see if it does the same, if yes, you might have a software-related issue.

You can try to do SMC + NVRAM reset to try fix some hardware glitches.

To fully isolate hardware related issues, you can do a clean install of OS X on a portable HDD and see if issue persists there too, if yes, looks like a HW fault, AppleCare team should be able to provide you your service options.

Mac >>>>>> Windows

The whole user experience on OS X is like another world compared to Windows..

Whats more.. if you decide to install Windows on Mac, you can do so with Parallel or Boot Camp

Oh don't forget to buy AppleCare for your Mac!
