If I bought the MBP via Apple Store Malaysia, and brought it over to Singapore to use, and if I need to return it, how do I proceed with it? Any fee for returning a MBP within 14 days?

MacBook is come with international warranty, you can walk in or call up for more info.

I'm not sure about walking in since there's no Apple Operated Retail Stores.
Your safest bet is to call up Apple Online Store.
