macbook pro up lorry

my macbook pro can't switch on and i also discover the charging cable light is in dim green colour.....anyone facing such problems before? where is the best place to sent for repair? and if possible around how much is the repair cost?

setup a genius bar appt see what is e diagnostics 1st...
