Not sure about these 2 but I managed to run Mavericks on VMWare Workstation for Windows.

Lol it's illegal to virtualize Mac OS on non-mac hardware.... For this reason some organization purchase a cluster of Mac Minis and install ESXI so that they can run both Mac and Windows VMs.
