How could a person - 1 person justify consuming portions meant for tens of people - just for entertainment sake, for the pursuit of LIKES, viewing numbers, popularity and money - when there are the less fortunate out there still hungry with nothing much?
He got paid by eating a lot. There is always the poverty cycle regardless how much he eats

don't kid yourself, even if he doesn't eat this much, these resources won't be going to the less fortunate

1. Poverty cycle. Yes. So it doesn't matter. Just keep on doing it without a conscience.

2. There are other professions, and other ways to make a living. This is not one. How is what he and others act of overeating is considered a gainful employment?

3. At the end of these makan sessions, is there any benefit to what they have done? Overeating is NOT an achievement. Doing it once for the sake of a challenge may be trivial. Doing it all the time is just wrong.

4. I know - he's not the only one doing this, there are others, and I despise them all.

5. Resources is finite. Even if those bowls of noodles he ate does not go to the unfortunate, still it is the act of gluttony in itself is a mortal sin.

6. Some people, not all, do not have a sense of responsibility in what they are doing. This overeating is one of them irresponsible behaviour, though some may it see it as entertainment.

7. Those who paid him to eat like this is also irresponsible. There are other ways to promote their business.

List goes on and on.

In my opinion.

Why is it so hard for people to get that eating too much food in a meal is not healthy even if he's thin and he exercises?
Dun think he is doing it every day but he is going gym every day.
And he may not be eating a lot every day when he is not filming.
It will wreck chaos to his system eventually.
It is better for him to quit early and let his body recover.

Getting him to recommend and endorse food is probably the dumbest decision you can make.
