MII hold would be better I think, the payout can reinvest to get more units boosting your accumulation.
Yes, there is too much fear in the market now, think we cannot believe everything we read online.

Can always DCA if you are holding spare cash or have a warchest.

The issue with such bond funds (like MII) is that they are very reactive to inflationary expectations and interest rates. Need to see outcome of Fed meeting next week before entering more.

Sold everything mig and mii.

With all the months (about 5 months) of payouts to reinvestment, I'm still making double-digit losses, even though I initiated the sell order (which was positive) a few days back and received confirmation of a sell price of 9.33.
