Don't worry.
If you want to open that account , go ahead.
It's not too troublesome. The last 2 times that I had transactions with that bank, both times didn't have to wait long ( at Nex : waited a bit, at Waterway : no Q number given cos boh nang waiting ).
But I usually go during office hours. .. mid / late afternoon.

Can I know the savings account you open is what? Minimum balance and 0.05% interest? It is not iSavvy correct?

I didn't have to open a new account cos I had an existing one opened many years ago. Mine is Privilege Plus cos I'm an old foggie.

I think you can choose whichever savings account from the list
