MBA M1 screen blank

Sad. My MBA M1 (rarely used for the longest time) has suddenly decided to die on me.
Screen went blank today when I opened it up. Was using it during this biz trip for the 1st time.

Tried force restart couple of times in the plane. Chime was heard, but no image.
I do not see any visible cracks at all.
Plugged into external d
