Mbp issue - Auto Restart

Hi,

Have been using my mbp for 4 years.
Recently it had undergo auto restart while using halfway.
After auto restart, it will function as per normal but the frequency of restarting seems to have increase.

Had tried to reformat but issue still persist.

Wondering if it's an hardware issue and if there is anyway for me to solve it?
