mc or letter?

i injured my hand recently and i have an ict coming up soon. should i ask for a doctor's memo or use mc instead? and if i use mc (5days), will i need to endorse it?

personally i would go for a memo.

with a MC, there is always a risk that you will be out-pro instantly.

by right must endorse... but ask your superiors see whether they want you to endorse or not.

in-pro and get excuse for your hand.....+ light duty.......from the MO

and got thru the ICT cycle as usual and clear the ICT ......




like that can slack in the camp and can clear 1 cycle of ICT..........why not

Well said. Better to clear the ICT. In fact, there is a chance you may be called up for make-up ICT later in the year.

Happened to a few people in my unit who defered from the ICT schedule.
