Hi there, Blue Screen errors can be caused by either a hardware or software failure. If it regularly occurs then it would be best to check what's the error code (usually starts wil 0x and followed by a random set of numbers). This will give us an idea what caused the error. However if it rarely happens, then it could just be a glitch or several programs are running at the same time and the OS just needs to restart to automatically fix the error. Update us if it happens again and take note of the error code. :) ^Julie

I did a memtest86 overnight last night and it showed pass 5. No errors were seen though. So.. Software issue now? Should i do a format?
