Hi Folks,
It is me again. I know you all must be tired of me asking stupid questions.
Due to low storage space on my 128GB nvme (due to video editing), I went to purchase a cheap SATA SSD.
Linkmore XG500 480GB from Amazon SG.
Original configuration of my system:
R5 5600G plus Asus TUF A520M
Crucial 3200MHz DDR4 8GB x 2
Andyson 450W PSU
128GB NVME (Boot drive)
1TB HDD storage drive
So I add in this XG500 SATA SSD. Now I got 3 physical disks.
I use Diskgenius to clone my NVME to the SATA SSD.
Set the SATA SSD as boot drive.
Ok voila! It works on first attempt. Everything was intact.
All's good.
However, now into my 2nd day of usage, I found that my memory usage had been doubled.
I know because everytime I use PC, I got open task manager.
The very high usage appears to be from MS Edge Chrome.
Is this due to the cloning effect?
Is it better to re-install Windows 10?
