i just signed up for circles last mth and they pro-rated my bill so i can only wait till end of this mth to terminate the plan.

Singapore like to say 3 telco or 4 telco is enough.

But now so many company who rent infrastructure(MVNO) from telco to set up their own. Like that not against the policy meh?

Yes you are right.

Starhub and M1 uses Singtel infrastructure.

Using circles now and yes initially had my doubts. But circles launch wasn't so lousy. They were also more upfront about their services. The app also makes it easy to manage the subscription.

Zero keep hiding the speed limit and the launch very shaky.
