Received SMS just now:

This festive season, we'll be upgrading your plan to Z-One 4G Plus FE for FREE by 15 Dec 2024! Visit the Usage page in the Zero1 App for new allocation details.

https://zero1.sg/plans/zero1-basic

This plan is under Basic instead of Standard plans for whatever reason. Seems like now have permanent 3GB roaming to Asia Pacific. (The promotion includes 3GB data roaming per month to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines and Vietnam collectively. Roaming data may not automatically activate for pass holders. However, you will have the option to opt-in if needed.)

Local data increased to 228GB. (The 228GB local 4G data includes base of 100GB forever, and 100GB + 28GB for 12 months. The 28GB promotion is not applicable for Singtel and Singtel-brand (GOMO and Heya) port-ins.)

Z-One 4G Plus FE
$ 10.10 /month

Data
228 GB*

Roam AP 3GB
FREE

Roam Malaysia 2GB (12 Mths)
FREE*

5G Trial (3 Mths)
FREE*

Talktime (Outgoing, local)
Unlimited Incoming
300 MINUTES

SMS (Outgoing, local)
Unlimited Incoming
100 FREE

Caller ID
FREE
Zero1 upgraded my plan on 14th December, now shows all of these new things, and the Roam Malaysia 2GB and 5G Trial also showing Activation date 13 December.

Now wondering if that means i will continue have the 2GB Malaysia for another 12 months, since it say activated on 13 December.

Here's a timeline of my experience porting in to Zero1 Starter 4G Plus 100GB ($7.06/month) from SIMBA SIM-Only 100GB ($10/month).

17/12 Tuesday morning
- signed up and paid $7.06 for the Zero1 plan on the website
- opted for free delivery of Zero1 SIM card

19/12 Thursday evening
- received email confirmation from Zero1 that the SIM card had been posted out

23/12 Monday evening
- received the Zero1 SIM card in mailbox
- activated the Zero1 SIM card on the Zero1 app to initiate the port-in process

26/12 Thursday morning (1st day on the Zero1 plan)
- received email from SIMBA that the SIMBA plan had been terminated
- received no further email or SMS from Zero1
- performed a phone restart to use Zero1

I am currently NOT a Zero1 subscriber. May I know if it is possible to :

- NOT add credit/debit card info during sign up ?
- or REMOVE credit/debit card info after sign up ?

Need CC info, unable to remove the last card on Zero1.
Compulsory to have at least 1 primary card, unless you change to expiring CC or debit card with $0 in it (which is what i did after porting out).

If you sign up online definitely will need to input credit or debit card details. You can try signing up at Zero1 customer service centre but I cannot confirm if they will accept cash.
