how come ?

when did you sign up with zero1? Those who got their sim cards after late october are using 5G SIM, if you got the SIM card before that, you are using 4G SIM. Hence, you will need a SIM change. You will receive an email from zero1 regarding SIM change.

Getting 5G SIM doesn't seem to mean you will get 5G SA though. I signed up early Dec and still on 5G NSA

Just message them on fb or email them. Tell them you didn't get 5G SA, and they will refresh your network.
Or tell them directly that you want 5G SA and refresh your network. Many had done this before, if you read comments in this thread.

what phone are you using ? download 1.network cell info or 2.nperf it will shows the network type speed wise more or less the same

I checked mailbox, no letters or email from zero1

seems like NSA and SA same speed. then no point for me to rush to get them to do it

I emailed them and they reset my 5G profile for me in like 1hr, process was simple
