can share where to get cheapest office?

I'm not sure. Mine is from the HUP. If your company subscribed them can go to the Microsoft HUP page to enter your company email. If have, you will be given the option to purchase

I find the Office Online offered free at Onedrive is good enough for most of my work. Not sure if that is good for you.

If you're a student or your workplace has volume license cheapest is to make use of it. Otherwise safest is getting Office directly from Microsoft and finding others to share the plan (up to 5 users iirc)

LibreOffice alternative to ms office

You should try free software libreoffice.org

LibreOffice is compatible with Microsoft Office, the latest version can support most of the Microsoft office file formats from version 97 to 365. and it can be set default to open and save file in Ms Office format.

I have use it many years, Microsoft no more interest in develop desktop based office, so is time switch to LibreOffice.
For cloud based google doc (google drive) is good enough.
