Anyone has any recommendations on where is the cheapest place to buy Microsoft Office for Mac Student Edition? I am looking for the version which allows installation on 3 computers.

Needed for my son who has a MacBook and an iMac. He needs it for his project work.

The best way is to use student purchase at Microsoft.com. Cheapest

Mac ver of Microsoft offfice for student is single license, unlike the windows version which have single and 3 licenses for home & student edition.

Office for Mac got 3 user version. But AFAIK out of production or hard to find liao.
One user is at 188 while 3 user is 299 or less.

IIRC, they revised their pricing strategy last year or the year before. I wasn't too happy about it either but I guess they were doing so to favour Windows.

It's their company, so they can implement whatever policy they wish.

S$185+ at most Apple stores for the single license version. Now shop around a bit to see whether I can get it cheaper.

Yeah, the 3 license version is no longer in production.

For single user license only.

Microsoft has discontinued the 3-user license pack for some time already. I searched for it all over Singapore and even in KL when I was there for a business trip recently. Not available at all.

Ended up buying the single user pack at $140 which is still a good deal considering it's retailing at $189.
