Mid tower ATX PC case recommendation

Anyone can recommend a mid tower ATX PC case.
Black or Matt Black color.
I don't need fancy design and all the fancy RGB lighting.
Just simple, compact and good ventilation.
budget of below 150 sgd.

Fractal Design Meshify C. - $145~ can get cheaper if you scout around Carousell or some SLS shops.

FD Meshify C looks good.
But not sure if it is suitable for me.
Because my room is not air conditioned and I think the meshes will attract a lot of dust and need constant cleaning especially the front panel.

Thinking maybe will get something with solid front panel but air flow will not be that good.

Unless you have HEPA filters for intakes, you will have to clean dust.. even in Air-conditioned rooms. You can reduce the dust built up inside the PC case by having filters for intakes like on the Meshify C and have positive air-pressure.

If you wish to have a case with HEPA filter, there's one by Silverstone called MM01. But it won't be cheap.

Edit: Even with solid front panels, the dust will still built up. Better to build up on the filter and just easily wipe off than having it built up inside the case.

If you want solid front panel, there's Fractal Design Define C...

Benefit of meshed front is that you can see the dust there and clean it when time comes, rather than not knowing when your front is clogged and thermal issue become more prominent.

Just use a vacuum and suck the dust away from the front. Less trouble too. It's actually more of a benefit than a con.

Both are equally good cases. But decided to go for Meshify C because of better/easier cable management and built.

The only thing about Meshify C is that noise tend to escape from the front mesh cover but I hope it is not a big issue.

Anyone knows what's a good fan setup? Should I put a 2 x 140 in front?

Good choice on Meshify C. I worked in both of the chassis before, never look at 400C anymore.

2 in 2 out fan setup, most balanced. Best to be all 120mm. Chassis already have 2x 120mm fan, which you can configure to rear and top exhaust. Front side, depending on your budget, can put 2x Gentle Typhoon AP15 1850rpm or Noctua NF-A12x25 if your budget thicc enough. I can't find any good and cheap fans on the market anymore sadly.

Was lucky to find one piece of H500M in Cybermind's case warehouse behind the shop. I guess eventually there'll be more in all shops.
What are your thoughts on vertical mounting the GPU? Mine is a 2.5slot GPU and Im worried airflow will be bad. Will unbox tomorrow if I have the time

Silverstone PM01 too big already. Looking more for compact case. I ever looked at the RL06. Yes it wins on thermals and airflow but is a very noisy case.
