I use farmhouse plain yoghurt (5 types Probiotics) from fairprice, $3.10 a bottle and mix few scoops separately with 2x 1litre of Pasteurised milk (turning them into yoghurt) in 2 separate airtight container, left in room temperature and 24hrs later, yummy yoghurt and put into refrigerator for daily consumption.
Yoghurt with Probiotics are good for guts and fermented milk easily digested.
Yoghurt can be further make into cheese.
