Hi Guys, I would need help on building a Mini itx budget rig.
Its for watching videos, surfing the net only. hopefully there is a cd drive.
Can play abit of online game. dun need to be game intensive.

Any recommendation on parts and cost?
Dun need monitor. :D

Budget as cheap as possible. maybe less than 300?

Thanks! :s13:

With that kind of budget, can only go for NUC nia... Doubt it has the space for cd drive.

actually gaming htpc got diff with normal pc meh? lols or you meaning ITX? if its ITX, need to depend on what is the size of the case you going. If you really want a small ITX, you will have to sacrifice performance. If you want more performance, then the case will be slightly bigger abit uh say maybe a 250D.

mobo have but if you want a GTX 760, look out for the clearance space of the Case. 760 different manufacturer different length. MSI have the smallest 760 itx. while iirc, gigabyte windforce is the longest. The best is you choose a case then ask the bros here which gpu can fit. ITX case is subjective, some like bigger, some like as small as possible.

I concur. Bought my last pcs of V4 (Silver) from TP but do know the market price before bargain. Their price so far has been the best for me :s13:

I have a Jonsbo V3+ sitting in my room. Selling it. Very small casing for HTPC set-ups, extremely easy to open and close. Who want, pm me. :D
Can squeeze a 185MM GPU in.
