mini itx build

Hi guys. Any recommendation for a mini itx build for only web surfing and watching videos online.

Planning to use this PC with a 40 inch TV.

I think that might be a little pricey? Cause I think it can only run on a single mSATA SSD. But depends on TS' budget.

TS can start with an Intel Celeron/ Pentium class chip from the Ivy Bridge generation.
