mini-ITX motherboard change

Hi Friends,
My Zotac mini-ITX htpc has crashed and planning to replace the motherboard with MSI Z87I MINI-ITX mboard and haswell chip. I believe that the motherboard footprint (and screw holes) are standard but I just want to ask the experts here if the new MSI mboard will fit?

Suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
