Minsu in Cingjing

In March, I'm planning to stay in Cingjing for 1 night before going to Taipei.

Can someone recommend me some nice Minsu in Cingjing, preferably in convenient location and at uphill with good view. Also quiet and less crowded place.

Another thing is how do I actually book the rooms? Do I have to personally call them up to reserve a room?

I be going cingjing on the 5th - 7th Jan.. I be staying at 清境国民賓馆. I can review how is the place after I come back.. As this place is my colleague recommend he told me is quite near the shops walking distance.. As I be bringing my kids to the nearby farm I find that this place more suitable for me too..
