Missing add wireless display option

My Surface pro 3 had the missing wireless display option, since the 19 may Surface Pro 3 update, that option has disappeared. Tried removing the network adapters including the hidden drivers and restarted but the option is still missing.

Did anyone "lost" the add wireless display when you swipe the charms bar, device and project?
