IMHO.
I have no recommendations for you - I search for information everywhere.
I find HWZ especially useful.
Usually I will subscribe to a particular network for evaluation.

you can look through the few threads over here in HWZ.

I won't recommend any websites as they are either not updated and also do not give reviews about their network quality. These website merely only compare the plans and it's entitlements.

just go to each provider website and DYOR. all the plan info is listed

Also, now pricing ins lower, without contract so it is easy to port in and out.

yes, SG mobile telcos fight too aggressively, there are so much data to use, and ease of sign up or switch is so easy. unlike last time need to pay this and that fees
