Mobile Wifi (MIFI)

Hi All,

I have a Wifi Router (also known as MIFI) which I will be renting out as a service.

It is my first time doing such a service so please feel free to give feedback and suggestions.

There is only one MIFI device so please forgive me if the service does not meet your requirements.

The special offer price will be at $5 per day. Normal rate at $7 (not applicable during offer period)

Features:
- Unlimited Data
- Theoretical speed of 110 mbps
- Max. 10 devices
- Both LTE and WiMAX 2+ modes for excellent coverage and high speed.
- Free option of portable battery charger and travel adapter

Things to note:
- There may be throttling of transfer speed should you watch large volume of HD video and download excessively. It does not affect most users and I will advise on how to get around the throttling.
- $150 will be collected as initial deposit. Depending on number of days rented, the balance will be returned accordingly on receipt of device.

Yes, the device is in Singapore. Like what most other forumers are renting, pickup and return in Singapore. There is also no need for any activation, just connect to the wifi network the device broadcasts. Technically it is immediately usable upon landing in Japan.

brought his wifi to Osaka last week...used it to connect 4 phone to use...mainly use it to whatsapp or gps. so far no fail what we want....
most of the place have the signal...battery life can last bout 12 hours, you might need to bring a portable charger if you plan to use whole day while u outside hotel.
