Please do your jobs.

I have 2 reported posts pending "mod approval".

I hope HWZ does not use "User Reports" to mask comments and discourse amongst users (else what is the point of a forum?)

Would be more transparent if "poster" (in this case myself) were informed of "Reported posts and the supplied reason". Obviously the "reporter" identify is kept secret from the "poster". Else how will "posters" ever learn?

Effectively yes, worse it's not by a mod (I'm guessing) but by a fellow user.

And here i tot i was already excising a good degree of self-censorship and am mostly harmless

To address this misconception:

Unapproved posts is a forum moderation function to remove posts from public view without deletion.

This is not done by a fellow user and can only be done by the forum administrators or moderators.

Hope this clarifies :)

From the images provided, I can see that the two posts were removed from public view. What this means (in a generality) is that the post content was found to be objectionable - either it being reported by the forum community or chanced upon by the moderating team.

We register your feedback on being notified if action was taken on posted content. We will review and evaluate an optimal solution between post deletion with notifications / without notifications and post unapprovals.

Please take note that there are some distinctions between your unapprovals and deletion

1. Unapproving does not notify users but allow them to see posts that are objectionable

2. Deletion optionally notifies users of the post deletion reason but does not allow them to see post that was deleted. Only administrators and forum moderators in charge of the respective forums can see them.

Hope this clarifies
