Hi! I am a singapore citizen, planning to enter an engineering course in NTU/NUS and I came across the tuition grant scheme.
With this tuition grant, it stated to subsidy $27900. Is this $27900 a per annum thing or is it the total amount of subisidy they give for the 4years of fees?

The rest of the amount right, i have to pay it myself, but still possible to get any schemes to loan the money?

It's total amount of 4 years course. rest of the fee you can get bank loan. more details you can find from school website about financial add.
