Shilin at noon not nice..

You should try late noon early evening when the sun is about to set..Been to Shilin once during that timing, not very crowded and most shops are open..

keelung nm 12pm starts already selling. actually around keelung got quite a lot of nice food, no need to purposely eat at the nm only.

They start early but it's nicer during night time..Likewise even for Ximending, noon and night other than the crowd is really different..

Night time another section of the road will be closed, thus the nm area is extended.
