Hi all, lets say I need to change my SGD to USD at money changer. Do I see the exchange rate at the Sell or Buy column. Thank you.

Look at selling rate, it means the bank/money changer selling USD to you not you selling them

Sgd is always the base currency for money changer here, consider sgd as money, while usd as goods. Clear that u r buying goods, MC selling them
