Monitor blank, but GPU still spinning

Hey all,

Just tried switching on my PC but the monitor is black. I have no idea what's going on - whether the GPU is dead or anything or problems. I tried opening the side panel and the GPU fans are still spinning. The monitor is also switched on but it doesn't seem to be connected to the DVI port. (i.e. Using an Acer monitor, normally the monitor button at the bottom turns blue, but now it's orange). Please guide me along as I'm still kinda new to the hardware side of DIY PCs... Thanks. It was also fine this afternoon, sighs.

If it helps, the GPU occasionally freezes and hangs. Happened quite often the past week or so. I can't remember my comp specs since I bought it second handed the start of this year.

Now the power LED beside the power up button is flashing intermittently, what does this mean?

Just tried plugging to the on board Motherboard GPU, but doesn't light up as well. Does this mean my MOBO is screwed

*On the MOBO got 1 small little red LED keep blinking.

How many ram u got ? Try remove and test ~

If all 3 ok then maybe ish mobo problem ~

Yeah I tried removing RAM, doesn't work also. I don't have an extra PSU so I can't test by replacing it ah. Any other ways to test?
