Monitor Flashing and fading

Anyone experienced this? Know how to describe the problem? Or a solution? This is on a Samsung C24F390FHE

This model dates back 2016 if I am not wrong.
This issue is screen flickering so meaning the panel is faulty.
Not to worth to repair since you can get a new monitor instead.

Try connect your monitor to another port, source (like android box or laptop) and cable. If all the same issue then your monitor gged

most likely hum chee peng already but try to do a power cycle by powering off and then after a few mins power on again, change the display cable and hook it up to another PC/media box and see if goes away.

Also had this similar screen fading in and out issue on a samsung 22 inches monitor around year 2017. It happen about a year of usage. That free samsung monitor was discarded.

cost will be expensive then getting new one...
