Monitor flicker or turn black randomly

Hi all,

I like to ask for advice on this problem.Monitor flicker or turn black randomly.

ACER LCD MONITOR - HDMI CONNECTION
WIN 10 OS
SCREEN REFRESH RATE : 59 HZ

Try connect to a laptop and see if still got random black screen? If so, monitor going up lorry.
