monitor flickering very badly

hello.. my monitor is flickering very badly. i googled and saw some people saying that its Windows 10 issue. i've tried some of the suggested solutions such as updating drivers, disabling winows error reporting, etc. but still doesnt work.

hoping that some of you guys had the same issue and have managed to fix it and could kindly advise me.

Just which monitor are u using? Also have u tried other display to see if the same thing happen?

Do what Yusoff says, lower the resolution and refresh rate to something lower.

If it fixes the issue, then it means that you have a bad cable. Usually flickering is caused because the cable is too long or it is incapable of carrying the amount of bandwidth that is needed. Thus flickering occurs.
