Monitor issue

I tried updating my monitor driver via the update driver under display options but it kept giving me this generic non pnp monitor driver.
.


So I went to download the driver(LG),

went to have disk option to manually install it and now it gave me this monitor type.

And in the past I could select refresh rate as 75hz...now only can select 60hz.

Anyone can help ?:(

I just changed my motherboard, ram and hdd 2 days back.

gfx card was changed less than 10 months back.
