Monitor Loses Connection..

My monitor sometimes loses connection when the power is on.. Mostly 5 mins after logging into MS Windows.

What is the problem? Anybody knows?

I have tried a different cable, monitor and changing the display option to Never go to sleep. Is this a software or driver problem?

Maybe graphics card issue, no idea which GPU TS is using.
