[Monitor] One screen to rule them all?

Basically i have a laptop and ps4 for myself in the room and the plan is to use one display source for both. Recently got a Philips 24" from COMEX 2014 for 99sgd but this sucker only outputs 720p when connected to my laptop plus the greens looks really off.

So my question is, is there a TV/Monitor that i can use for both my ps4 and laptop(1080p)? Budget about SGD400, willing to go 700 for a bigger resolution.
