monitor prob or graphic car prob?

hi all,
need help to identify the prob whether a graphic card or monitor
when start com,after a while the bottom screen monitor will have some blackout//

the pic i posted if when i shutdown the computer...

strange the screen back to normal now..but dunnoe when will giv me prob again
