Monitor spoil?

Hi guys, recently my monitor have been giving me problem and I thought that my video card was spoiled so I changed my video card but after changing my video card my monitor is still giving me problem. When I turn my desktop on my there is no video on my monitor. But when I try to display my laptop on the monitor is works. But my laptop detect my monitor as some generic non pnp monitor and cannot change the resolution at all.

Is my monitor at fault or my main board? or could it be I look long didn't clean my desktop?

Should be ram causing e fault.

Take out brush e ram slot and clean e ram golden tips
Try boot see if it works

yes fan spinning. tried cleaning but still wont work. anything I should clean? could it be my heatsink too dusty?

Try one ram at a time.

If still don't work check e cable to graphics card is it loose.

If still don't work, remove graphic card
And connect monitor to motherboard - use onboard graphic

I only have one ram.
I'm sure cable aren't loose.
My motherboard does not have onboard graphic.
Any other ideas?

I guess e good solution is that maybe u can make your way to sls find Nigel aka gs (hwz user)

On e spot diagnose e problem and replace e part if required

Can get a 7 series mobo. Perhaps I can arrange one from Gigabyte

i still haven do any diagnose yet. still no time.
