Monitor suddenly black screen

Hi, my monitor suddenly screen turn off into (Wrong input and no signal) black screen randomly. It wasn't overheating.
What I did (1) Change PSU (2) swap GPU, (3) Bought a new hdmi cable (4) reinstall windows 10 and all doesn't help.

Anyone know what's the problem? Worst come to worst I will buy a new ryzen CPU and mb but it's gonna be quite ex so I didn't do it yet.

Oh ya, after the monitor black screen. The desktop still powered on and my GPU fan went crazy at max speed .

Disable turbo and speedstep and C states

try plugging your HDMI on your onboard GPU and see?

Based on what TS done, either monitor or motherboard.

I had almost the same issue. Just send my gpu for rma. Mine is suddenly no signal to monitor randomly. When tested my gpu start to throttle at 300mhz and blank screen at Corbell service centre.
