Pla Tong Mookata is about 10 to 15 mins walk from BTS Victory Monument. You do a google search, you be able to find the exact address. Very popular among tourists and locals.
Boat noodles are served in small portions because these noodles are traditionally served by hawkers on boats to locals travelling to work via boats too.
