Mortgage Amount split by two working adults?

Hi, all big bros and sis here,
I am wondering if both my wife and I are working full time with similar salary,
what is the norm of paying the mortgage amount together?

50:50? Or Man should pay more 60:40, 70:30? Or all of it?
Can list some personal examples for me?

Your household's internal financial affairs are yours to decide however you agree. That's part of what marriage is, and it's your marriage, not anybody else's. The only "norm" is yours.

Moreover, household income and wealth is generally fungible, so it doesn't particularly matter. And if you don't realize that now, you might figure it out soon enough. Or a family court will.

I emptied my spouse cpf before using mine for the housing instalments cause our age gap was 5 years plus and I reckon that my cpf will be liberated earlier

My wife and I consolidated our finances. So it doesn’t matter who pays. But monthly installments are paid out of my bank account for convenience.
