Ok I learn a new thing from you bro. Thanks alot.

So fan controller can independently light up my rgb, I don't need to connect to any mobo header, just need power from sata cable.

Argb Fan hub need to connect to a argb header on a mobo. So for older mobos like mine that don't have argb headers, fan hub alone can't light up my rgb fans.

Heng..I don't need to buy new mobo already haha...

Will do this sat morning.
Pass exam liao!

As mentioned, the hub should also connect its own Power Input. I not sure if the antec controller has sufficient ability to project out to the additional ports. You can try if you want to save on the connections. Insufficient power can cause weird lighting patterns.

yup i will connect the bequiet hub to a sata port for power, and plug the bequiet's argb and pwm cable out to the Antec controller. if it doesnt work, then i will live with just 5 rgb fans in my hyte y60 case. Rear fan no need on rgb hehe

I also realised one thing... if all my fans are connected to the antec controller...means I cannot control the fan speed by software since my fans are only connected to the fan controller and there is no control of fan rpm speed on the controller. The controller only has that button to control led speed and the lighting modes. So not sure whether it will run at full speed or not.

I saw on the specs, screenshot below,

There is a PWM LED port on the Antec controller. There is a cable provided that splits into a ARGB port and PWM port to be connected to my mobo.
So to my query above, can i plug that PWM port to my mobo but leave the ARGB port unplugged since i dont have a ARGB header? That will allow me to control my fan speed via motherboard software, and my RGB manually by the button on the controller right? or it needs 2 to be plugged in at the same time?

Checked on youtube and i think it could be possible. Seems like this guy did what i am saying above. he controls the fan RGB via the controller and plug in the PWM fan header to the mobo so that speed can be controlled

For the PWM LED, it should not be issue with letting the ARGB header left unplugged. PWM side will just continue to function.
