Might be climbing Mt fuji between 16-24th Aug. Not during the weekend as I'll be catching Summer Sonic concert.

I'll be attempting the climb (Yoshida Trail) with a Japanese friend on 19th & 20th July. Weather forecast doesn't look good but hopefully not too bad.

How did you book Kukuna? Doesn't seem to be on most hotel sites except Agoda and not many nice rooms available.

Any hotel recommendations for one night, max S$400? (sorry to hijack the thread DMC_Coolie, but it's related )

i booked it thru Japanican. wanted a good view of mt fuji and dont mind spending some $$

this hotel provide quite a nice scenery. got lake and mt fuji view
