my razer mouse also, it is the cable problem, low cheapo quality from razer. haiz.

I using logitech. 
4 month only and gone case.

I believe if my $19 dollar logitech wireless mouse can have 3 years warranty, you should also have 3 years warranty
to not waste your time, check thoroughly before you send it in.
1) change new battery
2) try on a different PC
3) try on a usb 2.0 port
