mouse scroll wheel

need help here.

Just gotten a new mouse. was fine for a few day then suddenly the wheel roller stop functioning.

swap the mouse onto another comp, it works....but not on the previous comp.

what could be the cause?

Try go to the mouse manufacturer portal and download the corresponding driver
